Know who.
Know how.

The questions worth asking before you bring people into your project.

How are people vetted?

The checks depend on your project. We agree the audience, relevant experience and any identity or eligibility checks in the brief. Confirmed details and self-reported information are treated separately, so you know what has actually been checked.

How do you connect us with the right people?

Your brief defines the match: who you need, what they need to do, where they need to be and when. We scope the project around those criteria and confirm suitability before work begins.

Do we need to manage everyone ourselves?

Your team sets the goal and approves the scope. The project plan sets out recruitment, participant instructions, coordination and review responsibilities, so you know what Sòrò handles and where your input is needed.

How is the quality of the work checked?

Agree what good work looks like before the project starts: required evidence, complete answers, relevant feedback or task outputs. The brief defines how submissions are reviewed and how incomplete or unsuitable work is handled.

What do we receive at the end?

The deliverables are agreed in the brief: research findings, product feedback, completed assignments or supporting evidence. The format and level of detail should give your team something it can use.

How much will it cost, and how long will it take?

That depends on the people, volume, locations and work involved. Scope, budget and delivery dates are agreed before work starts; there is no one-size-fits-all project price or turnaround.

Can we start with a small project?

Yes. Start with a focused question, a product test or a defined batch of tasks. We can scope that first piece of work before you decide what to do next.

What could your team do with more capacity?

Start with the work you need done. We’ll help you shape the brief.
